Repeat prescriptions can be ordered as follows:
- In person – drop a written request/repeat slip in to reception.
- Online – via the link at the top of this page
- By leaving a message on answering machine - ring 02829571655 and leave a clear message with your name, Date of Birth and items you require with dosage
Collection
Repeat prescriptions will be ready for collection after 48 working hours. Please inform us if someone other than the patient will be collecting the prescription. Alternatively we are happy to post your prescription to you if you supply us with a stamped addressed envelope.
Many pharmacies will also organise to pick up and even deliver your prescription for you.
Medication Reviews
All patients on repeat medication must see a doctor or practice nurse at the surgery at least once a year to review their medications.
