When We Are Closedtelephone_brown

The practice is covered for emergencies out-of-hours (e.g. bank holidays, after 17:30 in the evening and at weekends) by Dalriada Urgent Care. In an emergency this service can be contacted by phoning 028 2566 3500 and giving the details to a receptionist. A doctor/nurse will then call you back.  Please remember this service is for emergencies only.

On Wednesdays from 13:00 to 18:00 patients should contact Kilrea Health Centre for urgent medical requests on 028 293 30222.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath are examples of what constitutes an emergency.
